Mountainside Jewelry is owned and operated by Amber Duncan in California, up in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Each piece is made and designed by Amber in her home or studio. The jewelry is inspired by Ancient jewelry and world cultures and created using a mix of metalsmithing, repurposing vintage materials, lapidary, and lost wax casting. Mountainside makes every effort to process orders as fast as possible. Since Mountainside Jewelry is run entirely by one person and each piece is made by hand, please allow 2-8 weeks for your order to be processed. When items are already in stock, shipping should take place within the week. If your order is time sensitive, please contact me to make arrangements.
Terms & Conditions
All designs are copyrighted and belong exclusively to Mountainside Jewelry (Amber Duncan). Please feel free to use website or social media images or info for websites, blogs, social media, etc - but please do provide credit to Mountainside Jewelry and when applicable, a link to the website or Instagram account ( @mountainside_made ).
Mountainside's goal is to have a jewelry line that is as environmentally responsible as possible. Many of the stones and beads used are repurposed from found and vintage pieces as well as being cut, carved, drilled, and polished by hand at a Lapidary studio in Santa Cruz. Some designs are ‘limited edition’ styles, which is usually due to the limited supply of repurposed or vintage materials - so please check in to find out quantity information and get them while you can! Certain designs may vary eventually due to availability of materials (such as chains or beads). Due to the nature of repurposed materials - color, shapes, and markings may vary slightly. Specific measurements, chain lengths, and other such information are available upon request.
Returns are situational; please communicate all concerns within 30 days of receiving your purchase. The best effort is used to accurately describe/portray all items online; please ask any questions you may have about an item before placing your order. Please confirm appropriate sizing for rings or any other customized pieces prior to placing your online order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with an explanation.
